Full Spectrum Intelligence
There are many ways of defining intelligence. The one we like best is “awareness in action” because it reminds us that there is no point in being intelligent in theory! Intelligence is nothing if not applied in practice.
And, just as we can be aware in several ways – such as mentally and emotionally – so we can be intelligent in several ways.
Some of these are well recognised (mental and emotional intelligence), some are just beginning to be valued (social intelligence, organisational intelligence and intuitive intelligence), while others, just as important, are barely recognised in the modern world (physical intelligence and spiritual intelligence).
Taken together, these seven major forms of intelligence constitute the full spectrum of human intelligence. Although each of these intelligences is useful in its own right, we function best when we draw on all of them at the same time.
Contrary to widespread belief, it is possible to become significantly more intelligent during our lives. Some of this comes naturally, with age and experience. But it is possible to accelerate this process by working on ourselves in a structured way.
The Intelligence Consultancy has evolved a range of training designed to help individuals and organisations to significantly raise their levels of intelligence.
