Intelligence Work
All of us, whatever our starting point, have the potential to become significantly more intelligent. In our work we build on what people and organisations already have and focus on improving the four key components of intelligence – awareness, capacity, understanding and competence.
Awareness is how conscious you are of what is happening inside you and of what is happening in other people and in the world around you. When you improve your awareness, you notice more things, but also notice more about the same things.
Capacity is what you are able to do at present, as well as what you could do in the future if you learned how to do it and decided to do it. Improving your capacity enables you to do more things, not only because your range of skill increases, but also because you find the courage and will to do things that you resisted doing until now.
Understanding is a measure of how well you know and understand yourself, others and the world. As you improve your understanding, many things that did not make sense before will start making sense to you. You will become better at seeing at a deeper level why problems occur and how to solve and avoid them.
Competence is a measure of your wisdom and effectiveness. When your competence improves, whatever you do and say will be more beneficial and influential. Being more competent is not just about doing things better, but also about doing better things.
Our training is designed to bring out the latent intelligence in you and your organisation. We help you to:
- Remove impediments to intelligence, such as limiting beliefs, negative emotions, lack of trust, stress and rush, and unnecessary complexity
- Raise awareness, capacity, understanding and competence in your organisation
- Apply intelligence very practically in your life and work
